There are no government restrictions and we are fully open. We will still clean and disinfect the hot tubs the same as we were, and will still take sensible precautions.
COVID 19 UPDATE. 17 May 2021:
We are now able to go inside homes. We still prefer not to however, so if possible an outside route to the garden is still preferred.
COVID 19 UPDATE. 5 Jan 2021:
We will still working during this latest lockdown, however we are only accepting bookings for locations where access to the intended set-up area can be made without going inside the house. We would also kindly ask that only one household member should interact with us.
COVID 19 UPDATE. 10 May 2020:
In light of recent Government advice advising those who can't work from home to return to work, we have now reopened. We will of course be taking extra precautions to keep ourselves and our customers safe:
1. We will ask that if any members of your household are experiencing any symptoms please let us know. We will need to cancel your booking but we will of course refund all monies paid (including deposit). We in-turn will also need to cancel all bookings if any of our team experience symptoms (again all monies paid will be refunded). Any cancellations where Covid-19 is the reason will be refunded in full, irrespective of how close to the booking date it is.
2. We will practice social distancing when at your property and ask that all persons keep >2m from any of our staff. We may wear masks and gloves.
3. We would prefer not to enter your property so would kindly ask bookings are only made for locations where access to the intended set-up area area can be made without going inside.
4. The hot tub must only be used by members of your household. Please do not invite non-members of your household to use the hot tub - we do not want to be responsible for a spread of the virus.
5. All equipment will be washed and thoroughly disinfected after each hire.
We think these points, along with the minimal risk that outside work poses, that we will be able to offer a safe experience for all.
